★★★★★ Our family has just moved to the UK and we are completely unaware of the UK rental procedures. We searched for rental properties on the Internet and chose Cairds, a rental company. They were very professional from showing us the house to handling the rental procedures later. Many complicated problems in verifying information, and they actively helped us solve them. And the rental house environment they provide is clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom equipment in the house I rent are almost all brand new. A perfect rental experience!

★★★★★ After registering with Cairds In Epsom Luke Levy immediately contacted me and sent various properties that I could view. He swiftly arranged for viewings and liaised with the seller once I made an offer on a place. Within less than an hour my offer was accepted. I decided to market my property with Cairds as it wasn’t selling. Again Luke very quickly organised the marketing of it and the photos and description of my house really captured the essence of what it is. When I have needed advice or wanted another viewing immediately Luke followed this up even when he was officially on holiday. He is a competent, professional agent who goes out of his way to help and is a credit to his branch at Cairds and to the profession generally. I will be recommending Cairds and in particular Luke to any friends who are thinking of moving. He has restored my faith in estate agents after having a bad experience with one in particular

Unfortunately our sale took over 12 months as we had 3 chains due to buyers either withdrawing offers, or chains breaking. Gavin worked tirelessly to make it happen and we eventually completed mid November. We are so grateful for all the hard work - it paid off in the end. We would definitely recommend Cairds.

★★★★★ Cairds Review We recently sold and bought through Cairds, Ashtead. They gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our house for sale, including starting with a period of soft marketing and then going to fully marketing the property. It was a fairly lengthy and, at times, fraught process made easier by the outstanding commitment of Gavin and Jo. They always kept us up to date, and managed the long chain we had, including chasing other agents and solicitors where necessary. All done with professionalism, grace and good humour. Without their perseverance we would not have managed it and thanks to them we are now very happy in our new home. We can not recommend them highly enough.
