As an independent agent we are happy to tailor our service to our Client’s needs. We can be involved as much, or as little as you require, we understand that every Client is different and we are happy to work with you to give you complete peace of mind.
The first step is to contact Cairds, to arrange for a visit to your property. We will provide you with a rental assessment for your property based on the current market conditions and comparable evidence.
Preparing your Property to Let
With the levels of rental properties having increased over the last few years, so has the choice for tenants. It is therefore crucial that you present your property in the best light. We will advise you on how to make your property more appealing to tenants and also guide you through your statutory obligations as a Landlord.
Finding the Right Tenant
Our extensive advertising on all the major property portals, Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location etc, and in the local press, ensures that your property gets the right level of exposure. We also work closely with local Relocation companies. Once we have found a potential tenant our vigorous referencing procedure, helps to ensure that they are the right tenant for your property.
Buy To Let
With our strong sales team, we work together to source suitable investment properties for Landlords. Choosing the right investment property is an important decision and we can make sure you have all the information needed, to help you find the right property to match your needs.
