★★★★★ This is our second house move in 6 months. I was dreading this one after the last. But we have actually had a fantastic experience this time, with Lorraine as our seller’s agent. She has been consistent and responsive the whole way through, making this process so much less stressful! Very happy to openly recommend her.

★★★★★ We bought a flat that Cairds had listed, there were some tricky bits along the way in the process but Lorraine French remained calm and helpful throughout. She was particularly helpful as a go-between with us, the vendor and both sets of solicitors. It's easy for an EA to become biased towards either the buying party or the selling, but Lorraine remained impartial and ensured the transaction was completed properly. We also appreciated how pleasant and easy to contact Lorraine was, regardless of how big or small our questions were. Much appreciated :)

Fantastic communication, and helpful and honest advice throughout the process so far. Very important to us seeing as we're FTB and don't really know what we're doing! 🤣 I will update this review in due course once the process is complete and we're moved in (currently in a chain), but so far we are *very* happy with the service we've received!
