EPSOM
The home to the world famous Derby since 1780, race-goers have for generations congregated every year on Epsom Downs to watch 'The Derby'
At the centre of this market town stands proudly the Clock Tower which bears down on the bustling shoppers who collect on Market days. The town is surrounded by immense beauty with well kept parks originally laid out by the Earl of Rosebery in 1913. Today Epsom Downs houses the new Queens stand that hosts royalty annually at Race day.
In recent years a good range of individual & national stores have flourished within the town including the Ashley Centre. The new Derby centre has opened a new style of living with a wide choice of restaurants and entertainment including Holmes Place fitness.
Epsom mainline station offers good fast train services to London Victoria and Waterloo within 40minutes. There is excellent road access to M25 (junction 9) Leatherhead & Reigate (junction 8) as well as access to A3 for London & the South.
The Playhouse is an extremely popular venue for the arts & entertainment, a new multiplex cinema in the Upper High Street has complimented the town.
Combined with acres of open countryside and leafy residential areas, a wide selection of restaurants & pubs and excellent choice of schooling - it is no wonder Epsom is still expanding and becoming such a popular town for many people especially the family.
ASHTEAD
Situated in leafy Surrey, between Leatherhead and Epsom, Ashtead is a large village that effortlessly merges modern convenience with a village aesthetic and an ancient history. Settled by Romans, administered by Saxons, Ashtead thrives on it's proximity to the Capital, while retaining its village ambience.

Near Junction 9 on the M25, Ashtead is popular with commuters, who may also choose to travel by train to central London via Ashtead Rail Station in 42 minutes.
